Cancellations Our service cancellation policy is 24 hrs .Events ,groups ,wedding parties we require a weeks notice if applicable.Otherwise contact our office to assist you further. Service Bookings A credit card or a deposit may be required depending on the volume of the service or pricing over $200. Otherwise contact our office to assist you further. Med- Spa etiquette The facility is a small boutique Med- Spa where we're not equip to have small children accompanied when services are being rendered . Retail store shopping or inquires children may be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Harassment or any form of defamation of character towards our employees or customers will not be tolerated , if so we will contact the proper authorities to deal with any disruption to our business. Wheel Chair Access Our clinic is based on the second level with stairs , we do not have a lift or elevator .Please be mindful when choosing our location as it may not be suitable for all person(s).
